Stockton, California is one of the fastest growing regions in California. Not only is Stockton the 13th largest city in California but it is one of the most vibrant, mixed and multi-cultural population. In 1999 and 2004, Stockton was designated an “All-America City” by the National Civic League. Stockton is located alongside the San Joaquin Delta waterway which joins the San Francisco Bay and the Sacramento and San Joaquin Rivers.
