Customer beware! Not only are snakes aggressive and power fed....but owner Bill likes to put things off (shipments) . Return policy is ridiculous as well. They are quick to make the sale but provide awful customer service and customer care.
Pros: none!
Cons: bad service and return or refund policy. customer service after sale....is the worst.

The Serpentarium is one of my favorite places to go. They are very knowledgable They always help me to answer any questions. They are 100% there for me at any time. My baby kingcorn wouldnt eat for 3 weeks I called they just said take her down and well take care of it. And they did. I picked her up the very next day a fat and happy baby snake. The people there are all friendly and the new ownership is great! Grand Re-opening was a blast! I have bought 1 king corn. 1 albino motley, 1 allbino leopard gecko and a beautlful red tail boa with a certian facial defect. but my red tail is my pride and joy. I love him to death and thank the serpentarium for all their help and dedication. I have never had any problems with this store and think that they are just the greatest place in the valley for reptile lovers.

I even sold him a soon-to-be breeding pair of albino Nelsies prior to my move to Taiwan. Bill gave me a very fair price. I have handled several snakes while there, with and without buying them, and have had a couple of bites. Big Deal! You can't expect every snake in the store to be handled enough to be tame. Some species are just naturally nippy. It's the buyer's job to tame the snake with a minimum of whining about it, not the seller's. Then you have the collectors who look at a snake (like a Mangrove Snake or a Green Tree Python) and go, oooo, pretty, then find out they can't deal with it.
As for the honesty of the employees, when I was looking at the Taiwan Beauty Snakes, the employee told me how another employee and Bill could handle them with impunity but they, bi
