When I go to a spa I want to be pampered. I do not want to pay a large amount of money for horrible customer service. No wonder they are easy to get an appointment with. Their business is suffering and they take it out on their clients.

Not only did they butcher my brows--one is way to thin, I received the worst massage ever!!! My little girl could do a better job. Very odd techniques! Save your money and do it yourself...or go somewhere else, you'll be very thankful you…
